It is with much sadness that we say goodbye to our great keyboardist, Dave. Dave has decided to pursue other interests, and we the DB’s wish him all the success in the universe with his upcoming adventures.
You can still hear Dave’s rocking keyboard licks on our upcoming E.P. We also have a show on October 31st at the Goosetown Tavern. We’ll be playing sans keys for this show with a stripped down rock set featuring some new songs and much rock&roll goodness.
“The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.” — Alan Watts
We’re playing at the Goosetown Tavern on Halloween. More details soon.
Did our final mix for the upcoming E.P. with Bart. We now have a tight four songs that will rock your rolls and make you go into the garage and dance the chicken wing.
Planning on a CD release show in November. Stay tuned.
Dave and Alan worked on the keys and vocals for our new EP last night at Bart’s studio in lovely Arvada, Co. Rough Mix 2 is sounding really good. We’re going to do some further tweaking on the 20th, then think about a release. Rock and roll, BABIES!
We had a productive day at Bart’s studio yesterday recording our new EP. Several more sessions booked. Hopefully we’ll have a release ready by Autumn.
Come on down to Brendan’s at 404 Broadway Sunday July, 27 at 5:00 PM for a DrainBabies show of monster rock and roll.
Welcome to the world wide web presence of a rock and roll combo called DrainBabies. We are available for live face melting rock shows, weddings, interventions, ritual sacrifices, choir groups, quinceañeras and rural field parties. Rock on! Or don’t. Really, it is up to you. Either way we love you.
